McCRACKEN, Harriette J. (nee Greene) age 84 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Monday morning, October 26, 2009 at Sycamore Hospital in Miamisburg, Ohio. Born October 6, 1925 in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of Harvey and Beulah (Greene) Hicks and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Harriette was a former member of the Amelia United Methodist Church, taught Montessouri at the Mt. Moriah Methodist Church and had also been a Boy and Girl Scout Leader. Preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, she leaves behind her loving and caring husband - Richard McCracken of Lebanon, Ohio; son - James R. (Debbie) McCracken of Dayton, Ohio and daughter - Janice L. (Dennis) Holland of Kentucky; grandchildren - Shelli Holland, Tricia Wilkerson and Jennifer Brantley; great-grandchildren - Kaitlynne, Allison, Michael, Matthew and Ashlyn and many other family members, friends and neighbors. Friends may call on the family Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the STINE Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:00pm with Reverend Alan Carroll officiating. Burial will folow in the Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville, Ohio.
